Suzuki has created a new car model, Ignis, which they want to market towards adventurous women. They saw other automotive brands faced backlash for using out-dated, stereotypical approaches to advertise their cars to women. Suzuki, the7stars and BuzzFeed partnered to disrupt the traditional approach with a campaign that instead empowered, inspired, and supported women – perfect for what BuzzFeed does best! BuzzFeed recognised that, with a new model, we needed to create exciting and interesting content that would engage the Ignis target – truly earning views and engagement.
