I have a new hobby!

I have always been passionate about astronomy. When I was little, I remember collecting these Wallace and Gromit weekly magazine things, which were all about space. I loved it all so much that at one point I wanted to work in astronomy as a career. Then came my Science GCSEs, where all I learnt was ‘My Very Easy Method Just Shows Us Nine Planets’. I was left disappointed and my interest had fizzled out.

Fast forward to now, my uncle has really got into astronomy and bought himself a telescope. True to form, he has ended up getting the biggest one that my aunt will let him have before it takes up the whole dining room. He has bought everything for it, including the adapters to attach a DSLR camera.

This is where I come in 😀 And now I have rekindled my love for all things planets and stars, and have mixed it with my love for photography and all things creative 😀

So on Saturday, at -13° in my Uncle’s garden, we took some photos!
