On Sunday I went for a galavant in Cookham, Berkshire to explore the recent floods that have taken place there. Hand in hand with my Canon 550D DSLR and inspired by some gorgeous photo-journals I have been looking at recently, I took a few photos too. My timing for my jaunt was just right, as the sun was starting to set, hence the gorgeous, natural, orange glows.
This is one of my favourite places to go, as it is a lovely walk along the river, with multi-million pound mansions on the other side and boats sailing up and down too. However this time, I could not tell what was the river or floods and the field had been turned into huge puddles and lakes that I had fun wading through.
